Sacha Rouhana is a Paralegal with a strong academic and professional foundation in private international law, international trade, corporate and commercial law, litigation, and cross-border legal matters. Sacha's professional experience includes assisting with company incorporations, corporate governance and winding-up matters, contract drafting and negotiation, regulatory compliance, legal research, due diligence, litigation files, arbitration clauses, and bilingual legal documentation in Arabic and English.

Sacha has also worked on cross-border contractual matters, collaborating with international legal teams and supporting the preparation of legal memoranda, legal opinions, pleadings, case files, and regulatory documentation. This experience is complemented by previous legal internships involving corporate, commercial, employment, contractual, and litigation-related matters.

Sacha holds a double Master II degree in International Private Law & International Trade and Private Law from Saint-Joseph University in partnership with Paris II Panthéon-Assas University, completed with distinction. Sacha also holds a Master I in Business Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Saint-Joseph University and is a member of the Beirut Bar Association.
